- We comply with PCI DSS standards for payment security
- Refund policies are as specified in individual service agreements
- All payment transactions are final unless otherwise stated
- Invoices will be provided for all transactions
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom software, designs, and content created by DevSutra Technology for you become your exclusive property upon full payment. However, we retain the right to use general methodologies and techniques developed during the project.
